January 11 Snow Valley

Welcome to Prep4Nine's first trip of the year to Snow Valley.

Please read through carefully.

Date: Thursday January 11th,2024

Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm  ( Please arrive by 8:30 am)

Lessons: provided for students and parents

Cost with rentals: $54.99- includes lift, rentals including helmet and  lessons for students and parents.

Cost without rentals: $34 - includes lift and lessons

Lessons are part of the school package and are mandatory.

Age:  6- 99 (Anyone under the age of 6 will not be permitted to participate in the school program but can buy a seperate ticket through the snow valley website)

Parental Consent Form – Parental Consent Form ( Click on the form)  will need to be completed for every student participating.  Multiple dates of your visits can be entered on the Parental Consent Form and does not need to be submitted each time. 

• Students requiring special assistance: Please inform us at least 2 weeks before your visit if you have any students who require special assistance.  This will enable us to better prepare for your visit.  If a student requires 1:1 with an EA or helper, the EA or helper will receive complimentary ticket and rentals if required.

• Switching Activities: Students wanting to switch activities during their school visit are not allowed to do so.  The Informed Consent forms signed by the students’ parent or guardian are valid only for the activity selected.

Ski/Snowboard visits, please note:

• Helmets: Everyone participating in skiing or snowboarding on your visit are required to wear helmets.

• On Hill Supervisors: Any on hill supervisors/ guardians/parents skiing or snowboarding will have to read and sign a copy of the Exclusion of Liability-Assumption of Risk to obtain an orange stripe from the front desk that will allow them on all lifts.  Must be age 18 plus.

• Forms:  Fill out the Parental Consent Form. Please bring it with you and  give it to me ( Nadia) when you arrive to be able to receive your lift tickets. 

Refund:

Final numbers will be given to Ski Valley for this event on December 28th. After this there will be no refunds.

If the weather is bad, Prep4Nine will decide if the event should be cancelled and in the event that it is cancelled, all particpants will be fully refunded.

Service Fee:

Please note there is a service fee that the website takes.
