Prep4Nine's 8th Kidpreneur Event with Naseeha Mental Health

Naseeha provides our community with the tools needed to address mental health. With their confidential helpline, our youth receives immediate, anonymous, and confidential support over the phone 24/7. With their educational programs, they raise awareness within the community regarding the stigma around mental health.

Naseeha's services are open to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or background. They are committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can discuss their concerns without fear of stigma or discrimination.

The Prep4Nine Kidpreneurs will be helping raise funds for Naseeha prior to the event, during and after the event. Each Kidpreneur family will be given a link to help raise funds. More information will be sent via email.

All money Kidpreneurs raise from their booths will be their own to keep.

Prep4Nine's Kidpreneur Event

When: Sunday February 8th, 2026

Where: 280 Yorkland Avenue, North York

Time:

Morning Shift:  10:00-10:30 Vendors Arrive to set up 

11:00 Bazaar Opens

2:30 -3:00 Morning Shift Ends

Afternoon Shift: 3:00-3:30 Vendors Arrive to set up

Bazaar is already in session since 11:00 am

7:00 pm Afternoon Shift Ends, Bazaar closes at 7:00 pm

Who: Any vendors ages 4 - 19 years of age, parents can assist younger children.

What: Handmade products or services (no resale of purchased items allowed, no video games allowed)

Cost: $25 per table without outlet/$35 with outlet

• Tables can be shared among sibling businesses

• More than 1 table can be purchased per family

• Tables can be purchased by the same Kidpreneurs for morning shift and afternoon shift

Registration

Registration will be on a first come first serve basis

Each ticket gets you one table ( 6 x 3 inches approx) and one chair

We have very limited amount of outlets available to use. ( No cotton candy machines or popcorn machines etc or household appliances as this causes potential short circuiting)

Advertising

We want to advertise for all our vendors and would like them to advertise for themselves as well.

Vendors can dm their flyers to www.instagram.com/Kidpreneurevents. We do not receive all the tags on IG because of accounts being private so let us know if you are tagging us.

Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, acknowledge that participation in the Kidpreneur event may involve activities including, but not limited to, selling products or services, interacting with the public, handling money, setting up and dismantling booths, and being present in a public venue.

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my child’s participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, loss or damage to personal property, or any other harm that may occur.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, hosts, sponsors, volunteers, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my child’s participation in this event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Code of Conduct

I understand that my child is expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.
