Grade 6 Math – Part 1 of 3
Strengthen foundational skills and build confidence by joining Part 1 of our 3‑part Grade 6 Math series. Each class is designed for interactive learning, guided practice, and personalized feedback so students feel supported as they learn.
Students receive weekly homework, feedback to track progress and clear explanations that help transform math anxiety into math enthusiasm.
What Students Will Learn (12‑Week Program)
Review of Basic Operations
Powers and Exponents
Expressions & Introduction to Equations
Order of Operations
Adding and Subtracting Expressions
Multiplying and Dividing Expressions
Expressions and Area
Distributive Property
Equations
Inequalities
Students will work through problems, visual models, and step‑by‑step strategies that build strong algebraic thinking and prepare them for more advanced math.
***Please note there will be a public holiday on October 12th.
Refund Policy
If you choose to withdraw from the course, please see below:
Aug 11th: 90% refund
Sept. 1st: 50% refund
After the first class: 50% credit or 25% refund

Every Prep4Nine class we have taken has been superb and this semester was no exception! Both my kids were in Math and Urdu classes this semester and we are so happy with the level of instruction, interactivity, and overall professionalism that both Nadia A and Nadia K bring to the classes. The level of care that these instructors put into their courses is evident from the first day and their enthusiasm for their students and the subject matter is clear. These courses are an asset to not just the homeschooling community, but school-going students as well! My son is in high school and is benefitting immensely from the grade 10 Math course to reinforce concepts and skills. I'm thankful that there are after school classes like evening Urdu - my daughter has gone from a very basic Urdu vocabulary and understanding to using such advanced phrases and vocabulary!
